Since 1989, Milwaukee PC has been providing quality service and repairs of computers for our customers. By being both a computer manufacturer and repair center, our technicians have the knowledge and experience to provide you with the quality service you deserve. Milwaukee PC has a vast knowledge base we can draw upon as new and difficult computer repair situations arise. We currently offer repairs and services including:

Milwaukee PC can service just about any brand and model of computer or notebook. We are here to keep you up and running.

Computer Repair & Service Pricing

DIAGNOSTICS

 Computer Testing & Diagnostics

An evaluation of the computer based on your problem description. May include repair of unit if only needs a minor amount of labor after diagnostics completed. Prices based on estimated time to diagnose cause of issue. We also will make recommendations for upgrade options, and repair estimates if more extensive repairs required.

Level 1: Up to 1 hour of testing of system to determine issues.

Level 2: Up to 2 hour of testing of system to determine issues.

Level 3: Up to 3 hour of testing of system to determine issues (i.e. gaming systems, intermittent issues, etc.)

Level 3 Additional Hour Block: per hour block beyond initial 3 hours

Based on the average amount of time to perform the listed task, on today's average desktop PC. Rates/times may vary as affected by differences in technology of your PC.

Install Standard Component: per item, does NOT include water cooling system

Install OS: License to be either purchased from Milwaukee PC or provided by customer. Incl. drivers and updates.

BIOS/Firmware Update: NOTE - Milwaukee PC is not liable for a failure of a BIOS/Firmware update.

Blow dust from unit: cleaning dust from unit via compressed air.

PC Tune-Up: Incl. Spyware SCAN (no removal), Virus SCAN (no removal), Windows Update check, drivers check, blow dust from unit, and evaluate for upgrades.

Virus/Spyware Removal: NOTE - severe infections may require the OS to be reloaded to properly remove the infections.

SYSTEM ASSEMBLY

 Desktop Computer Assembly

Assembly of computer parts and operating system you provide, or purchase from Milwaukee PC, or any mix of both.

Level 1 Assembly: Basic desktop assembly, including basic wiring management, install OS, drivers, updates, and testing

Level 2 Assembly: Basic gaming desktop assembly, including moderate wiring management, install OS, drivers, updates, and testing

Basic Data Backup & Restore

 Single User's Data

Your data is important to you, but do you have a backup copy of it? What is the common types of data that get lost? Data files commonly consist of items you create/download/save to your computer. This usually includes documents (letters, etc.), pictures, music, videos, favorite/bookmarked websites, and locally stored e-mails. When you have your computer repaired, or get a new computer, how to you ensure you don't lose your files? We will backup up your data to either a drive you provide or to one of our temporary drives. Milwaukee PC will then restore your data to their respective locations for a single user (if applicable).

All prices listed are subject to change without notice. Prices listed are only estimated based on average service costs. Each computer is unique, and may require more/less labor than others, therefore varying the final labor changes. All prices are for labor only, and do not include any parts necessary for repairs or upgrades. Customers must provide any software for installation not being purchased at the time of service. While Milwaukee PC uses highly developed methods to protect your data, Milwaukee PC cannot guarantee data quality/integrity. It is recommended that you backup any important data before bringing the system in for service.
