Milw PC Internet Service Plans require a major credit card for billing. Service Type (Broadband/VDSL/ADSL and Residential/Commercial) to be determined by AT&T. AT&T Phone Line is required for Line Share Service plans only.
Offer is available for a limited period of time and is subject to change without notice. New Account Term is 1 year commitment. Early termination fee is $200 or remainder of commitment, whichever is less. At end of term, then-current
rate applies. Equipment fees for new activations / replacement equipment is $100. Pricing is based on customer self-installation. $125
additional charge if technician install is required or desired. A missed appointment fee of $125 will be charged if insufficient notice is given of date conflicts for technician installation or repair. Laptop users and some desktop users
may need to purchase additional equipment. Billing begins on service activation date. Service Plans not available in all areas. Actual downstream and upstream throughput speeds will vary. Acceptance of Terms of Service required.
Other restrictions apply. Access speed or sync rate is measured between network interface device at customer’s location and the Central Office or Remote Terminal. The actual speed achieved will depend on several factors, including
line conditions and loop length. Milw PC does not guarantee uptime for Internet Service, however uptime is typically 99%. Milw PC is an Internet Service Provider, and as a result is not responsible for structured telephone wiring or
equipment. MPC is a second tier provider relying on the AT&T network for connectivity. If more than one telephone line (number) is in the residence, a multi-line professional install may be required at additional cost. Milw PC does offer a
20-Day cancellation of service from initial activation without penality Disconnection of service requires 30 day notice for processing.
