  • Do I need to have a phone line to get Milwaukee PC Internet Service?

    No you don't.  Milwaukee PC Internet Service does not require any landline phone service.

  • I have an AT&T landline phone and want to drop it, will that affect my Milwaukee PC Internet?

    No it won't.  Since Milwaukee PC Internet Service is not dependent on any landline phone service, you can drop or change service without it affecting your Internet.

  • My Internet is not working, what should I do?

    First thing to do is power down and reboot your modem box.  This can be done by unplugging the power from it for 1 minute and then reconnecting the power cord and waiting for it to reboot.  The modem should take about 2-3 minutes to reboot once you reconnect the power.

    After you reboot the modem, if your Internet is still not working, note what lights are lit on the modem, what color the lights are, and if any are flashing and call your local Milwaukee PC store or the tech support number above for assistance.  The technician will need the status of those lights on the modem when you call.

  • Some providers have a maximum Internet usage per month. Is there a cap on my monthly Internet Service?

    NO. Milwaukee PC has no cap on how much Internet you use per month.

  • I am moving and want to use Milwaukee PC Internet Service at my new location, what do I need to do?

    It takes about 30 days to transfer Internet service from one location to another. First, we need to verify that your new location will support Milwaukee PC Internet Service. Contact your local Milwaukee PC location to start the process. Once you move, your new location will be getting a new modem, so you can recycle the modem from your old location. If you need assistance in recycling the old modem, it can be dropped off at any Milwaukee PC location.

    Once you are in your new location, you will need to connect your devices to the new modem. Wireless devices will need to be connected using the information on the yellow sticker on the new modem.

  • I want to switch to a different Internet provider, what do I need to do?

    At Milwaukee PC, we take customer satisfaction seriously. We hope you are pleased with your Milwaukee PC Internet Service, but if you do decide you want to drop our service, please note it takes up to 30 days to process the disconnection. To start the process, please contact your local Milwaukee PC location.

  • Do you offer TV / Internet bundle service?

    At this time, Milwaukee PC does NOT have any bundle plans available. However, with so many options for streaming TV/Movie services, you don't have to pay extra for a bundle service just to keep a couple of your favorite channels.
